For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

We offer free shipping on all orders above 25$, worldwide. For orders under 25$, there is a flat rate of 2.99$.

Our return policy lasts 5 days after you have received your product. If 5 days have gone by since the product arrival, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Read more about our return policy here

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order is shipped containing your tracking information.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

International delivery usually takes about 10–25 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. This is especially seen during holiday times such as Christmas, so please keep that in mind while placing time sensitive orders.
